Call For Abstracts
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience presenting research and to meet and network with residents from Pennsylvania Residency programs. There will also be opportunities to network with attendings, program directors, and chairmen from the state’s neurosurgery programs and your colleagues who practice in a variety of career settings in this region.
This year, we will be placing an emphasis on oral abstracts. Selected oral abstracts will be presented at a large general session, and all remaining qualifying will be electronic and displayed on a screen at the meeting. After all submissions have been judged, you will be notified as to which type of presentation your abstract was selected for.

May 18 SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED
May 25 - June 15 All submissions will be judged
June 16 Notifications sent to presenters

Abstract File Submission Requirements
Submitted abstracts may address basic or clinical research, interesting clinical cases, novel educational programs, or any other topic that would be of potential interest to your colleagues and meets the following educational outcome:

Abstract File Submission Requirements
- Must include
- Title
- Introduction/Hypothesis
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- Tables may be included (single space)
- Must use generic names for drugs and devices
- Must use standard abbreviations
- DO NOT include illustrations, figures, authors, institutions, or funding sources
- Must not exceed 300 words
- Submit in PDF or Work Document format ONLY
